Benefits of membership in ISSF

ISSF is a medium to long-term strategic tool for the stainless steel industry. Members can participate in all ISSF activities (including committees, conferences, projects and seminars) and contribute to decisions made by the Board.

Through their participation in ISSF, members support the creation of value-added knowledge for the stainless steel industry.  The main deliverables from ISSF are “Global Facts for Local Use”. ISSF is legally part of the World Steel Association (worldsteel). ISSF members are invited to apply for membership of worldsteel and to participate in their activities which cover a range of fields relevant to the wider steel industry.

Through the worldstainless Extranet, ISSF members have access to a valuable forum for information exchange regarding stainless steel, including statistical data.
